The Quality and Safeguard Manager is a senior role responsible for ensuring our quality and compliance systems meet the requirements of the NDIS Quality and Safeguards Framework, as well as other relevant statutes federally and relevant to the state of VIC and SA, along with internal policies and procedures.

The Quality and Safeguard Manager is a senior role responsible for ensuring our quality and compliance systems meet the requirements of the NDIS Quality and Safeguards Framework, as well as other relevant statutes federally and relevant to the state of VIC and SA, along with internal policies and procedures. 

this position can be based either in our Sunshine or Camberwell Office. 

Furthermore, you will be responsible for our Quality Management System in VIC and SA, lead our accreditation and compliance processes and manage Continuous Improvement.  You will be influential in ensuring that our clients receive the highest standard of value added services. 

Specifically, the day to day role may include:

Developing and updating policies and procedures

Conducting regular audits

Assisting with the Complaints and feedback management process

Ensuring regulatory compliance
