THE OPPORTUNITY 

Due to business growth we are seeking Scheduler to join our team in Toronto on a full-time basis.

As a scheduler your day to day activities will include the following;

  • Matching support workers to individual client needs
  • Working as an integral part of our service delivery team
  • Developing teams of care for clients
  • Identifying scheduling shortfalls and managing proactive solutions within the team


WHAT YOU WILL POSSESS:

  • Previous experience working in a rostering/scheduling role
  • Possess excellent computer literacy including Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
  • Outstanding ability to communicate effectively with our clients and support staff
  • Possess excellent organisational and time management skills
  • Persistence and resilience
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Clear National Police check
  • Qualifications in Disability - highly regarded
