We are looking for a Team Leader that has experience managing the day-to-day operations of the Client Relationship team within a company that provides services to NDIS participants.
The Team Leader guides day-to-day operations of the client relations team with implementation of participant plans ensuring they meet participant needs within allocated NDIS funding.
This role is based in the camberwell.
The role:
•Lead and supervise staff to ensure quality performance
•Identify future staffing requirements
•Provide reports on operational and financial performance and KPIs
•Ensure staff work with participants in a proactive and responsive manner.
•Manage staff performance and annual performance appraisals
•Assist in identifying relevant training needs and in developing performance improvement plans where required
• Attend organizational, agency or customer team meetings
Essential Criteria:
•Demonstrated experience in managing the delivery of customer support plans within a disability framework
•Minimum 2 years in a customer interaction role in the disability sector or related
•Ideally tertiary qualifications in a related discipline in Health, community, disability or business
•Ability to manage competing priorities effectively
•Able to develop and utilize measures to assess goal attainment and outcome achievement
•Demonstrated experience of the intake / assessment function, planning and service delivery within a disability environment
