About this role:

Reporting to the General Manager Operations, the Regional Service Delivery Manager- Adelaide is responsible for the leadership, planning, organisation, and the direction of the regions operations.


Key Responsibilities:

•Retain a diverse and highly qualified team by providing mentoring, coaching, and personal development 

•Develop and implement person centred, service delivery practice in line with the company’s clinical protocols 

•Understand and drive sustainable service delivery & operational growth and efficiency, in line with the regions weekly and monthly dashboards

•Hold full P & L accountability for the regional operations


Criteria:

•Tertiary qualifications in Social Work, Nursing, Allied Health, Business or similar relevant field

•Service Delivery experience in a similar or adjacent sector (this role may appeal to a current CEO in the Not-for-Profit Sector)

•Demonstrated financial accountability and P & L experience 

•A proven track record of leading, motivating and developing high performance teams

•Demonstrated experience formulating and implementing strategic/operational plans, and achieving key deliverables for both the Company and the clients

•Ability and willingness to obtain a clear NDIS Worker Screening check, WWCC, and hold a valid driver's licence & the right to work in Australia.
