THE COMPANY

Lizard’s Children Centre, a wholly owned subsidiary of AAA Nextt Group Pty. Ltd. is one of Australia’s leading providers of evidence-based behavioural intervention for young children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and related developmental delays.

THE ROLE

We are seeking a part time Rostering Coordinator (4 days a week, flexible days and times) to join our amazing team in Adelaide. Reporting to the Operations Manager - Southern Region, this role is responsible for all tasks related to the scheduling of all the clinical team assigned to a client and also;

  • Provide exceptional customer service in a timely manner.
  • Identify shortfalls and managing proactive solutions within the team
  • Manage service agreements and ensure they correspond to data within the databases
  • Manage billing approvals and monthly reporting
  • Ensure complaints & compliments are dealt efficiently
  • Ensure data is kept up-to date and is compliant 

ESSENTIAL CRITERIA

Please consider this role if you love collaborating and being part of a team that share the same long-term objectives for clients.  To be successful in these roles, you will need to meet the following criteria;

  • Qualification in Office Administration/Business Administration (desired) with strong customer service experience (mandatory)
  • Knowledge in Autism and related developmental delays is highly desirable but not mandatory
  • Possess excellent computer literacy including Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook;
  • Have excellent written & oral communication skills, influencing & negotiation skills and critical problem solving skills
  • Possess excellent organizational, time management skills and attention to detail
  • Have previous experience of working in a scheduling role or administration role;
  • Clear National Police Check, Working with Children & the right to work in Australia.
