Your role at Nextt 

At Nextt, our disability support workers are directly responsible for organizing and implementing daily activities for our clients, including personal care, domestic assistance and community access.  

In this role, you will be supporting a client with day-to-day confidence-building activities, including occupational therapy and physiotherapy. You will have a genuine commitment to helping people live their best life and achieve their goals! 

Due to client preference, we are looking for a Vietnamese-speaker. This role is based in Abbotsford and is best suited to someone who can rely on public transport. This role offers regular day shifts from 9am and 3pm. You will also be welcomed in a supportive family environment.


Your skills and experience   

  • Experience supporting clients with complex needs
  • Experience with behaviours of concern
  • Working knowledge of Acquired Brain Injuries


Your certificates and licenses  

  • NDIS workers screening check  
  • Working with children check  
  • First aid and CPR certificate  
  • Certificate III or IV in individual support, disability or equivalent  
  • Australian driver's license and your own fully insured vehicle
