The Role:

  • Oversee and maintain optimal function of the HRIS, which may include installation, customization, development, maintenance, upgrade including testing to applications, systems, and modules
  • Build simple to moderately complex ad-hoc reports on employee-related information in a timely and professional manner for all departments
  • Audit Sites and Reporting Managers with each region to make sure the alerts are going to the correct managers
  • Manage system inbox
  • Audit that all integrations with various systems are working correctly and escalate and inform relevant stakeholders
  • Assist in monitoring our client database system inbox as required
  • Take immediate and appropriate action to eliminate or control imminent risk observed and report the issue and action to your manager
  • Identify improvements to enhance employees experience and interaction with training

Essential Criteria

  • Tertiary Qualifications in IT and minimum 3 years experience in implementing various system integration including HRIS
  • Commitment to develop positive, productive, collaborative relationships with relevant stakeholders
  • Ability to adapt to work demands whilst ensuring key tasks delivered on
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize daily according to needs
  • Ability to work under pressure with competing priorities
  • Ability to work methodically and independently with high attention to detail is essential
  • High level of proficiency in Microsoft Office (word, excel, outlook, Teams) applications
  • Ability to interpret and analyze data in excel including the use of filters
  • Clear NDIS Worker Screening Check
