Your Nextt role

It’s not easy work, but it sure is rewarding. This role could not be more rewarding, helping one of our younger Woolgoolga community members achieve the lifestyle they deserve with some one on one support.

This role will be highly supported, from all levels of the business, meaning no issue will be yours alone, but if you thrive on providing creative solutions to some interesting challenges, you’ll find joy here.

You will be supporting a non-verbal young person in their own homes and assisting with personal care and supporting more independent living. Training will be provided, but some manual handling will be required.

• Caring & Nurturing
• Active, Energetic, Reliable and Compassionate
• Previous experience in a similar community setting (not essential)
• Either have, or have the ability to obtain NDIS Worker Screening clearance (incl, Working with Children's Check, First Aid/CPR and Covid Vaccinations
• Valid Driver’s Licence as well as a working Vehicle and Insurance
