Exciting newly created role, supporting management team to provide support for the effective delivery of Learning and Development training programs

Your Nextt role:  

This is the perfect role for someone who has a genuine passion for learning. You'll need to show us you are highly organised with superior attention to detail and have the ability to work across functional areas to address the training needs of a varied workforce. 

Other responsibilities that will have a big impact on your day to day work will include: 

  • Reviewing and mapping out training needs of support workers using current systems and processes  
  • Schedule training using internal and external resources  
  • Quality assurance of the content of external trainers against the Nextt framework   
  • Complete online training enrolments  
  • Ensure up to date training records are kept  
  • Monitoring and responding to training requests  

What we’d like to see:   

  • Experience in learning management system (LMS) administration and HRIS  
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills 
  • Ability to build and maintain strong working relationships  at all levels of an organisation
