Your Nextt role

We cannot speak highly enough of the people who have chosen Nextt to support them. In Geelong, our client is moving into a new house very soon. We need to fill a 24/7 roster to provide support with day to day tasks and activities within the home and community.

 

Through active support and positive behaviour, you will implement strategies developed by therapists in order to encourage independent living and achieve daily goals.

We have multiple, regular shifts and flexible hours available. Our 24/7 roster includes passive sleepovers.

This role will be highly supported, from all levels of the business, meaning no issue will be yours alone. If you thrive on providing creative solutions to some interesting challenges, you will find joy here.

You will also have previous experience in a similar community setting, such as Aged Care or In-Home Support.

 

You will have experience with ABI, mental health, autism and/or intellectual disabilities.

 

You will have, or be willing to obtain an NDIS Workers Screening Check, Working with Children Check, First Aid and CPR certificate and full Covid vaccination. This role also requires a valid Driver’s Licence, vehicle and insurance.
