The Opportunity: 

The National Intake and NDIS Manager is a key member of the Lizard Team being responsible for service provision through client lead generation and management as well as providing NDIS support to prospective and existing families. Reporting to the General Manager, the National Intake and NDIS Manager is also responsible for the growth delivery of Lizard which entails supporting the Centre Manager with the implementation of strategic business plans and working fluidly from an operational perspective whilst providing leadership that supports a people management culture, underpinned by EEO, human rights, and building employee resilience and inclusion. 

This is an 8-month fixed term parental leave cover position with the view to extend for the right candidate. Working in a flexible, hybrid model the position is based at our Sydney Offices, however, candidates from Adelaide and Melbourne are welcome to apply.

About You:

• You will have a strong customer experience mindset and commitment to delivering excellent customer service with empathy and care
• You will be an experienced people manager who is comfortable working both operationally as well as strategically 
• You will have a strong NDIS background with client advocacy experience 
• You will be solutions focused and outcomes oriented having a continuous improvement mindset
• You could come from a mental health services background, support coordinating in the disability sector or client advocacy management
• NDIS and Working with Children Checks are required for this position
