The Opportunity:
The National Intake and NDIS Manager is a key member of the Lizard Team being responsible for service provision through client lead generation and management as well as providing NDIS support to prospective and existing families. Reporting to the General Manager, the National Intake and NDIS Manager is also responsible for the growth delivery of Lizard which entails supporting the Centre Manager with the implementation of strategic business plans and working fluidly from an operational perspective whilst providing leadership that supports a people management culture, underpinned by EEO, human rights, and building employee resilience and inclusion.
This is an 8-month fixed term parental leave cover position with the view to extend for the right candidate. Working in a flexible, hybrid model the position is based at our Sydney Offices, however, candidates from Adelaide and Melbourne are welcome to apply.
