Skills and Experience

• An understanding of salary packaging, including novated leasing
• Experience in the finance or insurance industry will be advantageous.
• Finance-related qualifications are desirable. 
• Proven track record in driving business growth through effective business development
• Excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills
• Attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy and compliance.

About the Role

The successful applicant will report directly to the CEO and work closely with our Executive team to enhance our salary packaging services. You will work closely with new and prospective clients across many and varied industries to tailor employee-of-choice offerings, including salary packaging, vehicle management and leasing, insurance, lending, financial advice, and more.

Key Responsibilities:

• Generating new business through business development activities. 
• Develop and implement innovative salary packaging strategies to drive revenue growth.
• Maintaining strong relationships with existing clients and external providers to optimise service delivery and cost-effectiveness.
• Leading, coaching, mentoring and supporting the benefits team.
• Stay informed about relevant taxation laws and regulations to ensure ongoing compliance. 

Location

You will be based in a modern office in the heart of Sydney or Newcastle CBD. Some travel is required across the three office locations.
