About The Team 

Our Lending team has a presence across three office locations in Sydney, Brisbane, and Newcastle. The Sydney team is looking for an experienced lending associate to work alongside a Senior Lending Adviser and the wider lending team. 

With over 180 employees, Prosperity Adviser's Group (PAG) offers a comprehensive suite of financial solutions, such as business advisory and tax, wealth planning, novated leasing, payroll, salary packaging, and lending. 

 

The role

An excellent opportunity exists for an experienced Lending Associate to work in a dynamic and growing area. You will enjoy engaging with clients, financial institutions, and service providers to deliver excellent client outcomes. As a strong team player, you will have a can-do attitude in how you approach your work daily.

Key Responsibilities

• Assisting clients, gathering relevant documentation to progress lending applications, and updating them on the progress of their loans.
• Checking loan and compliance documents 
• Communicating and liaising with other internal divisions of the business to see how we can meet internal client residential, investment and commercial lending needs. 
• Business development activities. 

To succeed in this role, you will have:

• Exceptional organisation and prioritisation skills and Strong attention to detail
• Previous experience assisting in banking and/or commercial and/or residential loan brokering.
• Superior communication and numeracy skills
• A certificate IV in lending as a minimum

You will be based in a modern office in the Sydney CBD.
