The Role

You will have the opportunity to:

  • Achieve optimal outcomes by working across challenging, complex presentations and situations 
  • Have responsibility for managing our most important key customers and relationships 
  • Play an active role in the development of strategic and key account plans
  • Provide technical support to senior rehabilitation and rehabilitation consultants
  • Manage technical inductions of new staff
  • Assist in developing key account management capability across the wider Service Delivery team through proactive coaching and training

  • Have a high level of case management skills with the ability to work effectively with complex clients
  • Be able to demonstrate strong key account management expertise, by developing and maintaining key customer relationships resulting in repeat business and identification of new opportunities
  • Have effective and proactive issue and problem resolution skills  
  • Have proven experience of effectively coaching and developing others. Measured by improved performance and increased capability of team members
