We are excited to invite applications for the permanent position of Senior Farm Hand at our Grassmere aggregation, located in southern NSW near Oaklands and Urana. 

Career opportunity with the lot! Assist the Farm Manager with daily operations of a large broad acre cropping aggregation.

You will have:

• Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively and professionally with employees, suppliers, peers and managers.
• Demonstrated leadership and problem-solving skills with good attention to detail, a strong work ethic and ability to follow process.
• Attention to detail in all aspects of farming operations, including record keeping.
• A modern and diligent approach to WHS with a passion for broad acre farming.
• Experience in broad acre grain cropping production including the operation and maintenance of all associated plant, equipment, machinery and chemical handling.
