Lawson Grains is Australia’s leading corporate grain farmer through investment in people, environments and best practise.

We are investing in the next generation of corporate farmers. We are looking for graduates who can help us on our journey as Australia’s leading corporate grain farmer.

Our Aim

To provide university graduates with hands-on experience and professional development within Lawson Grains through a structured two-year program. The graduate program consists of five separate modules over a 12-month period, followed by a further 12-month placement at one of our aggregations.

You Will

• Be in your final year of studies at an accredited Australian University, studying a bachelor level or higher in Agriculture Science, Farm Management or Agribusiness
• Be an Australian Citizen or permanent resident
• Hold a current driver’s licence
• Have a passion for agriculture and in it for the long haul

You will submit a cover letter, a current resume outlining community and extra-curricular activities and a recent academic transcript.

Applications must be received by Sunday, 31 July, 2022. Shortlisted candidates will be invited to attend a panel interview in August 2022 with placements to be offered by September 2022

Be available to commence the Graduate Program in January 2023 at our corporate office based in Albury.
