We are excited to invite applications for the permanent position of Farm Manager at our highly productive “Hakea” aggregation, located in southern WA.

Lawson Grains Farm Managers are responsible for managing and controlling all aspects of the farms operation and for providing strong leadership within Lawson Grains.  This will require you to maintain an appropriate balance between economic return, human relations and environmental sustainability.

You will have:

  • Proven experience in broad acre crop production, including the operation and maintenance of all associated plant, equipment and machinery.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage and communicate effectively and professionally with employees, suppliers, peers and stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated leadership and problem-solving skills with good attention to detail, a strong work ethic and ability to follow process.
  • Proven ability to plan, execute and analyse budgets, business plans and reports.
  • Attention to detail in all aspects of farming operations, including record keeping.
  • A modern and diligent approach to WHS with a passion for broad acre farming.
