About the Opportunity

As the face of the bank at our Sydney CBD branch, you will ensure the effective delivery of exceptional customer service in line with the bank’s core values to achieve the required customer service outcomes. Reporting to the Customer Service Manager, key responsibilities include:

  • Meeting and greeting our customers as they walk through the door
  • Providing general teller duties and helping customers with their banking needs including opening/closing accounts
  • Refer lending and other product or service enquiries to the appropriate personnel
  • Manage and ensure that your cash positions are balanced at the end of the day (EOD)
  • Complete administrative tasks and ad hoc duties as delegated


About You

We are seeking a passionate self-starter who has a genuine drive to learn quickly with the following qualifications, skills and experience:

  • Completion of HSC or equivalent. Tertiary qualifications preferred but not essential.
  • 1+ years’ experience in customer service with cash handling experience
  • A genuine passion for customer service and building long-term relationships
  • Willingness to work from other branches in Sydney as needed
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
