About the
Opportunity
In this role you
will be responsible for leading a team, implementing continuous improvement and
steering change initiatives across Business Banking Department. Reporting to
the Chief Business Banking Officer, key responsibilities include:
- Lead and mentor the
Senior Relationship Manager team in Sydney to ensure alignment with BOS
business strategy
- Be a strong
advocate and demonstrator of the BOS vision and values and instilling them
within the team
- Lead the Business
Banking distribution function to identify opportunities for growth
- Ensure we provide
market competitive products that meet required service levels to brokers and
direct customers
- Identify
performance gaps and opportunities within Sales & Distribution functions
and lead and guide initiatives and actions to improve performance and
capability
- Ensure adherence
and compliance with all company policies, risk appetite, and legislative
requirements
- Establish and
develop productive relationships with broker partners, key community members
and external suppliers to ensure delivery to targets
About You
We are seeking
someone who has the following skills and experience:
- Proven track record
of successfully executing change initiatives and growth within a Business
Banking Department
- Ability to work
collaboratively across multiple functions and with multiple stakeholders
- Very strong
problem-solving and analytic capabilities
- Excellent
interpersonal, relationship building and leadership skills
