About the Opportunity

You will be responsible for analysing and defining complex business requirements, conducting in-depth research, and translating findings into clear specifications for software development to meet business objectives. Reporting to the Business Improvement Manager, key responsibilities include:

  • Elicit and document detailed business requirements through interviews, workshops, surveys, and studying existing documents and systems
  • Conduct thorough data analysis and process mapping to identify business needs and areas for improvement
  • Identify bottlenecks and inefficiencies in workflows and propose improvements
  • Provide recommendations to key stakeholders based on data analysis to support business strategies
  • Collaborate with Technology and Operations teams to implement solutions to improve business processes.
  • Create clear and concise business requirement documents, use cases, user stories, and functional specifications.
  • Assess the impact of proposed changes on existing processes, systems, and stakeholders.
  • Develop user manuals, training materials, and documentation to support end-users in understanding new systems and processes.


About You

We are seeking someone who has the following qualifications, skills and experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
  • 5+ years’ experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in complex and large-scale projects for credit / lending processes.
  • Strong preference on someone with banking and credit /loan origination platform experience.
  • Experience with various project management and SDLC tools and methodologies.
  • Strong analytical skills, including data analysis, process analysis, and problem-solving.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas clearly and concisely.
  • Skill in managing relationships with diverse stakeholders, including clients, business leaders, and development teams.
  • Industry certifications related to business analysis (e.g., CBAP, PMI-PBA) are advantageous.
