Public Law - Lawyer

This role is open to lawyers with 1-3 years' PQE and will focus on providing advice, litigation and dispute resolution services to our key clients.

The Role

Our national Public Law team is growing, and we are seeking a Lawyer to join the practice in our national practice. You will be based in either Melbourne, Sydney, Brisbane or Canberra. 

The role will see you provide advice, litigation and dispute resolution services to a wide range of key government clients. You will work on matters relating to all aspects of public law including administrative decision-making, FOI, privacy, litigation involving merits review and judicial review proceedings in the Administrative Appeals Tribunal and Federal Courts.

Additionally, you will have the opportunity to work collaboratively with leading experts and specialists in Public Law.


Who We Are Looking For

The ideal candidate will have between 1-3 years’ experience gained in a reputable Government litigation practice including experience with our key government clients. You will have exceptional technical skills including well-honed advocacy skills. You will have strong attention to detail, have the ability to work in a high-pressured environment and be a team player.
