The Role

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a lawyer at Associate or Senior Associate level (4-8PQE) who has experience in public and private M&A and general Corporate Advisory. Experience in cross-border investment and transactions, fundraising, managed investment schemes, corporate governance and the ASX Listing Rules is also desirable.

We are seeking to add an experienced corporate lawyer who has an interest in developing skills, building networks and experience to our team. We can offer you recognition for any portable practice that you may have (though this is not required).  We will work with you to develop your practice in a supportive and collaborative environment.

Who We Are Looking For

The ideal candidate will have at least 4 years’ experience in a reputable corporate practice. You will have strong commercial acumen and the ability to offer excellent client service. We are looking for lawyers who are keen to build their career in a national firm, with the committed support of 4 Partners within the group, working for high quality clients.
