A position has arisen for a Lawyer with between 1-3 years' experience to join our Insurance (Litigation) team. General litigators will be considered.

The Role

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Lawyer to join our Sydney Insurance team on a full-time basis. This role will see you acting for insurers in insurance related litigation, specifically strata insurance. 

Responsibilities will include the following:

• Reviewing files and preparing advices;
• Communicating with clients both in writing and verbally;
• Preparing court documents, including evidence;
• Drafting correspondence and communicating with other practitioners;
• Appearing before various courts including NCAT;
• File management.

Who We Are Looking For

You will have between 1-3 years of experience in litigation. A background in Strata matters would be of assistance. The ideal candidate will have a professional approach and excellent communication skills, with a client service focus. You will have the ability to prioritise tasks, display initiative, and have good attention to detail and a proven history of meeting deadlines.
