The Role
A
great career opportunity has arisen for an experienced Lawyer to join our
Workplace Relations, Employment & Safety team in Melbourne. You will work
in a team of quality Partners and lawyers, working on a range of matters. This
is an opportunity to move into a growing firm and work on high-end and often
complex issues. The team have a long standing and fantastic employer client
base.
Who We Are Looking For
You
will have minimum 3+ years PAE and possess Employment Law or Industrial
Relations experience, strong commercial acumen and the ability to offer
excellent client service. You will have experience providing technical legal
advice and solutions for an employer client base. As an experienced
practitioner, you will be expected to be able to provide commercially astute
solutions to our clients. Ideally you will have worked at a top-tier or
mid-tier firm previously. You will be provided with excellent mentoring and
teamwork by those in the direct team. You will also be part of regular meetings
of the large, national WRES group, and also structured meetings of all WRES
lawyers at sub-partner level, who provide each other with career and
educational support.
