Our program provides students with the opportunity to experience three weeks of life at Mills Oakley. Throughout this period, you will work closely with our experienced lawyers, gaining valuable insights into your preferred areas of interest.  

To support your growth and development, we assign you a buddy and mentor, and provide an induction program that includes IT training, practice area overviews, and professional skills seminars. We recognise that the early stages of your legal career are pivotal to your future success. Hence, our program is designed to offer you an inside look into the workings of a law firm and provide you with a firsthand experience of our open, supportive, and friendly culture.
