The Role
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Senior Associate to join our national Public Law team based in Sydney. The role will see you provide advice, litigation and dispute resolution services to a wide range of key government clients.
You will work on matters relating to all aspects of public law including administrative decision-making, FOI, privacy, litigation involving merits review and judicial review proceedings in the Administrative Appeals Tribunal and Federal Courts. Additionally, you will have the opportunity to work collaboratively with leading experts and specialists in Public Law.
Who We Are Looking For
You will ideally have at least 5 years’ experience gained in a reputable Government litigation practice including experience with our key government clients. You will have exceptional technical skills including well-honed advocacy skills. In addition to your legal knowledge, you will have the ability to manage strong client relationships with minimal supervision and be able to provide guidance and mentoring to junior lawyers in the team.
