The Role

This is a new opportunity for a Senior Associate to join our fast paced, growing and highly regarded Commercial Disputes & Insolvency team in Brisbane.

Working closely with highly credentialled Partners and Lawyers across a range of commercial disputes in particular with corporate and personal insolvency matters, shareholder disputes, competition disputes, contract and property disputes, and debt and subrogated insurance recoveries.

Who We Are Looking For

We are looking for a passionate commercial litigation Senior Associate with 5+ years of experience from a reputable litigation practice. We are seeking an individual who prides themselves on their commitment, resilience, communication skills and attention to detail. Experience writing commercially focused client publications would be considered favourably, however, this is not essential. You must have excellent client service skills and a strong work ethic. You will be working with a number of blue-chip clients. Ideally you will have a strong academic history from a well-respected university.
