The Role
Due to growth, we invite expressions of interest for the position of Legal Assistant in our Canberra office. The successful candidate will support our legal team in various administrative and clerical tasks, contributing to the efficient operation of our practice. Your key responsibilities will include but not be limited to the following:
Who We Are Looking For
The ideal candidate will be a career legal assistant with at least 2 years' experience. We are open to considering law students however you must have some experience, have at least 2 years remaining in your degree and be available to work full-time.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and time management skills, with a client service focus. You will be proficient in MS Word and formatting and have the ability to prioritise tasks and display initiative. Strong attention to detail and a proven history of meeting deadlines will be imperative to the role. This opportunity is based onsite with office hours being 8.30am to 5pm.
