The Role

A great career opportunity has arisen for an Associate to join our Insurance team in Melbourne. In this role, you will represent national and international clients primarily with dust-related occupational exposures. Your primary responsibility will be to provide legal representation and counsel to these insurance clients. As well as autonomy, the role offers great access to clients and regular advocacy/appearance work in the Supreme Court.

Who We Are Looking For

The ideal candidate will have between 3-5 years’ post admission experience in insurance litigation, ideally in public and products injury liability. You will have a professional approach and excellent communication skills, with a client service focus. You will have the ability to prioritise tasks, display initiative, good attention to detail and a proven history of handling an injury-based litigation file load.
