The Role

Due to growth, we are seeking a Lawyer/Associate/Senior Associate to join our Perth Property team on a full-time basis, working alongside two leading Property Partners in Western Australia, Tamara Heng and Patrick Thaung. The role will provide the opportunity to work with prominent developers and landowners, high net worths and government entities across all real estate asset classes. The work will involve a mix of land development, sales and acquisitions, leasing (including complex development leasing) and project structuring.  With an enviable pipeline, the work is both challenging and rewarding.

Who We Are Looking For

The ideal candidate will have at least 2-5 years’ experience in a reputable property practice, preferably from a mid or top-tier firm. You will have strong commercial acumen and deliver excellent client service. You will have excellent communication skills, the ability to prioritise your work and have experience working in a fast-paced environment. You will have a strong work ethic, are ambitious and looking to take your career to the next level.
