The Role

We are seeking a new Senior Associate or Special Counsel to join our Sydney Corporate Advisory team on a full-time basis supporting partner Grant Koch, who has recently joined the firm. Grant is building a team to support his market leading practice. You will work closely with Grant and his clients. The successful candidate will have an opportunity to gain exceptional experience playing a pivotal role in the growth of Mills Oakley’s Corporate Advisory practice, advising on a range of private equity and M&A matters and providing expert legal advice and guidance to several leading domestic and international private equity funds and corporations.

 

Who We Are Looking For

The ideal candidate will have between 6-9 years' experience in a reputable corporate transaction practice, be driven and have a desire to be part of a market leading private equity practice. We are seeking an individual who is keen to learn and build their career, working for high quality domestic and international clients on market leading transactions. The role will provide the successful candidate with exceptional experience and training, not just in technical legal matters but also in client relations, whilst being part of a fun and dynamic team in one of the fastest growing law firms in the country.
