ROLE OVERVIEW
We have an
exciting opportunity for a Business Development Manager to join our team on the
Sunshine Coast to make their mark prospecting for new business. Building
relationships is a key component for this role and would suit a true
“hunter” work ethic. You need to be highly skilled and comfortable with prospecting
and qualifying leads.
KEY
DELIVERABLES
·
Develop and grow an established territory with new clients.
· Prospecting &
qualifying new clients.
·
Complete estimates of the
project to be quoted.
·
Present solution-based outcomes in the form of a
written proposals, quotes, and responding to tenders to clients.
SKILLS, EXPERIENCES & PREFERENCES
·
Several years B2B sales experience in a solution
selling industry
·
Previous experience in the painting, facilities
maintenance, building or construction industry is desirable, but not essential
·
Experience in establishing new customers on a
continual basis
·
Experience in using a CRM to enter/access sales
data to assist your success
