In this exciting time of growth, Spatial Vision is looking for a motivated, early-career Marketing and Communications Coordinator to join our diverse team.
As the Marketing and Communications Coordinator you’ll create and implement marketing initiatives to improve market awareness, engage customers, and support pipeline generation.
Reporting to the Chief
Operating Officer (COO), you’ll plan and deliver marketing campaigns and
content to support business objectives. Together with promoting Spatial Vision,
you’ll help us grow our new IT brand Lapis, and provide general administrative
support for corporate services and project teams.

What you’ll do:
Marketing
- Develop and implement marketing campaigns in line with Spatial Vision’s strategy and annual plans,
including recruitment marketing campaigns
- Create and distribute on-brand content with internal subject matter experts, including: blogs,
articles, case studies, award submissions and EDMs
- Manage and update Spatial Vision and Lapis websites
- Develop social media
content for our our corporate channels (LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, YouTube)
- Develop and implement the annual
marketing plan in conjunction with
the COO
- Analyse and report on
marketing activity including website traffic, pipeline generation and social
media performance
- Provide marketing support
and advice to project teams
- Design and produce print and digital collateral to support campaigns
- Manage our asset library including templates and other branded assets
Administrative Support
- Provide ad hoc marketing support for internal events
- Organise and arrange conference sponsorships and registrations
- Assist customers with general inquiries where possible
- Other administrative duties as required to support corporate
services
What you’ll need:
- A demonstrated passion for marketing and communications
with an interest to learn about the geospatial and IT industries.
- Good understanding or experience with the
Adobe Design Suite, Canva and/or other graphic design platforms.
- Experience or interest to learn web
content management systems, email services and customer relationship management
systems.
- Good understanding of key social media
channels, digital marketing, brand positioning and brand management.
- Excellent verbal and written communication
skills.
- Understanding of marketing data sources
and metrics, ability to develop and present insights to company management.
- Ability to apply creative thinking and
design visually engaging communications.
- Good time management skills, ability to
progress your work with limited supervision and coordinate the completion of
multiple tasks.
- Ability to build and maintain productive
working relationships with team members and stakeholders at different levels to
obtain information for communications content.
Bonus if you have:
- Experience with HubSpot or equivalent CRM
- Video editing skills, or a desire to learn
- At least 12 months (ideally 2 years)
experience work
- Experience working for an organisation operating
in the technology space
