Our 2024 Graduate Cadet Program offers a 12-month opportunity to apply and develop your skills and experience.

During the program you will have the opportunity to explore different areas of specialisation, gain real project experience and see the inner workings of a successful software and spatial professional services company.

Strategic Advisory Graduate Cadet

Our 2024 Strategic Advisory Graduate Cadet will join Spatial Vision's Strategic Advisory team. This team focuses on Stakeholder consultation, geospatial frameworks & strategy development, uptake of Smart Cities and Digital Twins, Earth Observation, data models and governance. Helping our clients deal with major challenges – from climate change, to social equity and citizen engagement.

As a preferred candidate you might have:

- A degree in Geospatial Science, Geomatics or have studied geospatial sciences in addition to or as part of another degree

- Completed a project (personal or at university) applying geospatial analysis and/or earth observation

- A passion for using geospatial intelligence to solve environmental and community issues

- A desire to apply and develop your skills across different domains

- A desire to learn and contribute to a passionate team

Requirements

To be eligible for the 2024 Graduate Cadet Program, you must have completed a relevant undergraduate or postgraduate degree between January 2019 and January 2024, be an Australian / New Zealand citizen, or an Australian permanent resident, or hold a visa with full working rights and be located in (or willing to relocate to) Melbourne, Victoria.
