The Client Relationship Officer is responsible for managing enquiries, referrals and the on-boarding process for Superyou services.

Your Role

As a crucial member of our team, you'll:

• Respond to enquiries with warmth, clarity and support
• Support referrals and onboarding with a client-first approach
• Communicate with internal teams to keep everything running smoothly
• Contribute to implementing and improving processes

What You Need:

• Stong experience in admin and customer service
• Australian Drivers Licence and reliable vehicle
• NDIS Worker Screening Check, or willingness to obtain it
