The Role 

We are seeking an experienced and passionate Senior Paediatric Occupational Therapist to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will deliver high-quality, evidence-based therapy services to children and young people, helping them achieve their goals and live their best lives. 

You’ll also play a key role in mentoring and supporting other therapists, contributing to service innovation, and leading with our values: Respect, Compassion, Courage, Resilience, and Collaboration. 

What You’ll Do 

  • Provide evidence-based occupational therapy services in homes, schools, clinics, and community settings 
  • Support children with self-care, sensory regulation, play, school readiness, motor skills, and assistive technology 
  • Mentor and guide junior staff and students, fostering a culture of learning and professional growth 
  • Collaborate with families, educators, health professionals and other clinicians to deliver holistic services 
  • Contribute to service improvement and clinical leadership initiatives 

About You 

  • Tertiary qualification in Occupational Therapy and current AHPRA registration 
  • Experience as a Paediatric Occupational Therapist, ideally with some supervisory or mentoring responsibilities 
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a team-focused mindset 
  • Knowledge of NDIS-funded services (desirable) 
  • Current Driver’s Licence, NDIS Worker Screening Check, Working with Children Check and First Aid Certificate
