The Role:
We’re looking for a dynamic Manager, People & Culture to lead and shape our people strategies across the Group, with a focus on Liift, Melior, Nesti and Cahoots. This is an exciting opportunity to influence culture, drive engagement, and deliver innovative People & Culture solutions that make a real impact.
What You’ll Do:
- Champion initiatives that enhance employee engagement and foster a positive, inclusive culture.
- Provide expert advice on attraction, selection, and retention strategies, backed by data insights.
- Collaborate closely with executive leaders
across your portfolio to coach their managers and strengthen team engagement
and performance
- Deliver accurate and meaningful People & Culture analytics and reporting (costs, diversity, turnover, time-to-hire).
- Take ownership of ensuring our policies,
systems, and procedures are not only compliant but also strategically aligned
with best practice—leading continuous improvement and embedding excellence
across the organisation.
- Lead performance management processes and drive continuous improvement in P&C operations.
- Review and update policies, procedures, and employment contracts.
- Oversee compliance requirements to maintain contractual obligations.
What We’re Looking For:
- Strong interpersonal and stakeholder engagement skills.
- High level of computer literacy, including HRIS and LMS systems.
- Self-driven and able to work independently.
- Flexible and collaborative team player.
- Excellent organisational skills to manage competing priorities.
- Previous management or supervisory experience.
