About the Role
As the Speech Pathologist - Team Lead, you will play a crucial
role in providing clinical leadership, mentorship and support to our speech
pathology team. You will
maintain a small clinical caseload while driving professional growth, service
excellence, and innovation across the team.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Providing
clinical supervision, guidance and professional development to speech
pathologists.
- Managing
and balancing your own caseload while ensuring high-quality,
evidence-based assessments and care.
- Supporting
the development and implementation of best-practice frameworks and service
improvements.
- Collaborate
closely with occupational therapists, physiotherapists and
support teams to ensure holistic care.
- Assisting
with recruitment, onboarding and performance development of team members.
