Executive Manager, Client Success

Burswood        PartTime
  • Permanent Part-time Opportunity - 0.8FTE
  • Design smarter processes and digital solutions.
  • Inspire high‑performing teams:

We’re looking for a leader who balances commercial thinking with thought leadership, someone who builds strong relationships and leads with integrity.

Create meaningful change. Lead with empathy. Build what’s next.

At Superyou Therapy, people come first — always.
That means our clients, our clinicians, and the teams that support them.

We’re seeking a values‑driven Executive Manager, Client Success to lead the experience our clients have with Superyou from their very first enquiry through to long‑term engagement and care.

If you’re passionate about improving systems without losing the personal touch, building high‑performing teams, and creating services that genuinely make life better for people with disability — this role was made for you.

About Us

Superyou Therapy provides occupational therapy, speech pathology, physiotherapy and exercise physiology services to people with disability across Western Australia.

Our purpose is to create meaningful change by inspiring our clients and our team to redefine what’s possible.
Our mission is to Reimagine Therapy — challenging norms, thinking differently and delivering better outcomes.

We’re proud to be part of PeopleKind Group, a for‑purpose organisation with a rich disability services heritage dating back to 1954.

About the Role

Reporting to the Managing Director, the Executive Manager, Client Success leads our Client Relationship and Scheduling teams, owning the systems, processes and people that shape the entire client journey.

This is a truly strategic leadership role. You’ll bring teams together, strengthen accountability, and design smarter ways of working so that systems do the heavy lifting — not people.

You’ll have a clear mandate to:

  • Elevate the client experience across every touchpoint
  • Build scalable, sustainable operations that support growth
  • Lead with integrity, empathy and accountability

What You’ll Be Responsible For

Leading Client Success at Scale

  • Ensure clarity, consistency and compassion from first contact to final interaction.
  • Champion service standards that prioritise responsiveness, quality and safety.

Building High‑Performing Teams

  • Lead and develop Client Relationship and Scheduling leaders.
  • Create psychological safety, shared ownership and clear accountability.
  • Support teams to move from reactive work to proactive, strategic planning.

Designing Better Systems

  • Drive digital transformation, process improvement and data‑led decision‑making.
  • Partner with Systems Success and other teams to reduce manual workload.
  • Ensure systems, workflows and tools enable growth — without compromising care.

Strategic & Commercial Leadership

  • Monitor key metrics to guide performance and priorities.
  • Align budgets, resources and vendors with strategic goals.
  • Ensure efficiency without losing what matters most: people and outcomes.

About You

You’re an experienced, thoughtful leader who balances head and heart. You understand that great client experiences come from strong systems, empowered people and clear purpose.

You’ll bring:

  • 8+ years’ experience in senior leadership or operational roles.
  • A proven ability to lead large, cross‑functional teams through change.
  • Strong experience with systems, CRMs, workflows and performance data.
  • A deep understanding of client‑centred service design.
  • Confidence translating big‑picture vision into practical action.
  • A leadership style grounded in empathy, integrity and accountability.

Experience in healthcare, disability or complex service environments is highly regarded.

Why Join Superyou?

  • Influence strategy and systems in a growing, purpose‑led organisation.
  • Lead teams who care deeply about the work they do.
  • Be trusted to innovate, challenge the status quo and create better ways.
  • Laptop and mobile phone provided.
