We are upfront about our values.

At Superyou, we prioritise flexibility, collaboration and wellbeing, because we know sustainable clinical practice matters at every career stage. • Gives you autonomy, flexibility, and the opportunity to lead while staying client-centred.
  • Creates room for you to mentor, contribute to service improvements, and shape what excellent care looks like.

…then this might be exactly what you’ve been searching for.

In this senior role, you will:

  • Manage a varied caseload, including complex cases, using evidence‑informed, neuroaffirming practice
  • Provide evidence-based occupational therapy services in homes, schools, clinics, and community settings
  • Provide clinical leadership through case consultation, reflective practice and shared problem‑solving within the multidisciplinary team
  • Mentor and support other clinicians (and/or students), contributing to a culture of learning and high‑quality care
  • Bring 3+ years’ experience as an Occupational Therapist (NDIS and/or paediatric experience highly regarded)
