This role is a mixture of Clinical Lead (0.4FTE) and Senior Speech Pathology (0.6FTE) so can be a full-time of part-time role. Please note, the Senior caseload will include clients without dysphagia and mealtime concerns.

About the Role

As the Clinical Lead – Mealtimes & Dysphagia, you will be the recognised expert guiding best practice, service development and workforce capability in this specialty area.

  • Ensuring ethical, evidence‑based assessment and intervention aligned with NDIS and SPA expectations.

Supervision, Mentoring & Capability Building

  • Provide specialist coaching and clinical supervision to Speech Pathologists.
  • Support clinical reasoning, complex case discussions and reflective practice.
  • Contribute to competency frameworks, skill pathways and internal training resources.
  • Facilitate learning forums and clinical debriefs.

Service Development & Quality Improvement

  • Lead service development initiatives, including literature reviews and resource creation.
  • Monitor demand, waiting lists and clinician capability.
  • Provide data‑informed recommendations on service growth and sustainability.
  • Support continuous quality improvement aligned with NDIS requirements.

Collaboration & Representation

  • Work closely with Occupational Therapists, Dietitians and interdisciplinary teams.
  • Represent Superyou in professional networks, partnerships and universities.
  • Contribute clinical insights and content to support community education and awareness.

About You

You are a Senior Speech Pathologist who:
