Your impact in this role

You will:

• Complete driver assessments and rehabilitation, supporting independence and safety
• Assess for and prescribe vehicle modifications that improve access and confidence
• Deliver evidence-based OT interventions aligned to client goals
• Monitor progress and outcomes in meaningful, practical ways
• Produce clear, high-quality and timely reports
• Collaborate with Superyou’s multidisciplinary team to share insights and ideas
• Contribute to service development, innovation and continuous improvement

• A tertiary qualification in Occupational Therapy
• AHPRA registration
• Certification in Occupational Therapy Driving Assessment (preferred)
• A strong commitment to person-centred practice

Practical requirements

• Australian Driver’s Licence
• NDIS Worker Screening Check
• Working with Children’s Check
• First Aid Certificate
• WA Driving Instructor’s Licence (desirable, not essential)

Experienced — or ready to grow?

Our first preference is for an experienced Driver Trained OT.

However, if you have 3–4+ years of OT experience and a strong interest in driver assessments, we’re open to an upskilling pathway. Superyou can support suitable candidates through Driving Instructor training, with structured mentoring and development along the way.
