About the Role

We have an exciting opportunity for an End User Support Specialist to join our Information Technology team in a permanent full-time role based at our Burswood office. As part of a supportive and collaborative team, you will serve as the first point of contact for IT support, providing Level 1 & Level 2 assistance across the Group.

This role also includes delivering on-site support at any of our Perth Metro offices as required. As a Not-For-Profit organisation, you will also be entitled to attractive salary packaging, with free parking available at most of our sites, flexible working arrangements, and ongoing training opportunities.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Serve as the first point of contact providing timely and effective IT assistance, remotely, or in person.
  • Deliver outstanding customer service by attending to incoming support requests.
  • Process onboarding and offboarding requests for end-user accounts and access.
  • Assist with the deployment and setup of new devices and applications.
  • Ensure compliance with IT security policies and best practices in all support activities.
  • Be available to travel to any of our Perth Metro sites, and on-call one weekend per month as part of the rotating roster.

Our Ideal Candidate

  • Relevant qualifications or certifications in Information Technology or a related field (e.g., CompTIA A+, Microsoft, ITIL).
  • Experience using enterprise ticketing systems (e.g., HaloITSM), including managing and resolving tickets in line with SLAs.
  • Understanding of end-user security best practices and data protection principles.
  • Proven problem-solving abilities with a logical and analytical approach to troubleshooting.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with users at all levels.
  • Reliable vehicle and current driver’s license.
  • Desirable: 1-2 years of experience in an IT support or helpdesk role, or equivalent practical experience.
