We are seeking experienced Support Workers to provide support for residents with complex support needs within their home.

Nulsen Home (Doubleview) - permanent parttime position available. 

1 x 40hr permanent parttime position 

Rosters are set and applicants must be able to commit to all permanent fortnightly shifts.

You will be working within a multi-disciplinary team to facilitate the delivery of quality Supported Independent Living (SIL) services and support people to achieve positive outcomes.

Next intake will commence induction on the 15 June 2026. This is a 9-day paid induction where you will be equipped with the best training and knowledge to be a Disability Support Worker at Nulsen.

What you’ll bring to the role:

• A minimum 2-years experience supporting individuals with complex behavioural support needs.
• Exceptional communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively.
• A strong understanding of positive behaviour support and active support. 
• Flexibility, resilience, and the ability to use your initiative.
• Have flexible availability to fit in with our current rosters (including morning, afternoon, weekend, night, split and/or short shifts) and supporting community access. 

What you’ll need:

• A full Australian Driver’s Licence.
• Australian working rights. 
• NDIS Workers Screen Clearance 
• NDIS Workers Orientation Module 
• Current First Aid Certificate (HLTAID011) including CPR with at least six months validity.
