About Us

Outcare and Ebenezer Aboriginal Corporation have recently formed a partnership to strengthen program delivery across both organisations’ case management, reintegration, and perpetrator intervention services. This partnership reflects Outcare’s commitment to Aboriginal led services for Aboriginal people and communities.

Outcare is a long‑established and trusted provider of services across Western Australia’s justice, child protection and family support systems. As part of the PeopleKind Group, we are supported by the strength and stability of a diverse, reputable network of for‑purpose organisations delivering essential services across disability, housing, allied health, justice and reintegration. This strong foundation allows us to operate with confidence, clarity and a long‑term commitment to the communities we serve.

Ebenezer Aboriginal Corporation is a 100% Aboriginal Community Controlled Organisation with a strong Aboriginal workforce, delivering programs that support both Aboriginal and non-Aboriginal community members. Guided by Christian values and a “walking with” approach, we assist participants to work toward their goals through culturally grounded, relational support.

The role of Co-Facilitator/Case Manager will be the first role employed by Ebenezer Aboriginal Corporation as part of this partnership agreement and will be based within Outcare’s Reintegration Team.

The Role

We are seeking a skilled and reflective Co-Facilitator/Case Manager to join our team delivering a Brief Intervention Men’s Behaviour Change Program within a custodial setting.

This role combines group facilitation and individual case management to support men to reflect on and take responsibility for their use of family and domestic violence, while building safer ways of relating. You will work alongside participants to support meaningful, sustained change that prioritises the safety and wellbeing of women, children, and families.

You will work collaboratively with colleagues, Corrective Services, and community partners to deliver practice that is culturally safe, trauma-informed, and evidence-informed. We are committed to creating a service environment that respects the diverse cultural identities, experiences, and strengths of all participants, including Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples.

This is a complex and rewarding role that requires the ability to build respectful, professional relationships while maintaining clear boundaries and supporting accountability for behaviour.

In line with the Western Australian Minimum Practice Standards, Men’s Behaviour Change Programs are co-facilitated by a male and a female facilitator. We are currently recruiting for both positions.

NoteUnder Section 51, this role is primarily designated for Aboriginal people. This designation aligns with the organisation’s commitment to supporting Aboriginal employment and ensuring culturally appropriate service delivery. It also recognises the importance of lived experience and cultural knowledge in effectively fulfilling the responsibilities of the role.
