What You'll Do as a Clinician
As a Speech Pathologist at Superyou, you'll
- Deliver high-quality, person-centred therapy across NDIS, paediatric and adult settings, applying strong clinical reasoning in your day-to-day work.
- Build capability and confidence in your practice with support from senior clinicians, using feedback, supervision and reflection to grow.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, families and support networks to deliver holistic neuro-affirming care.
- Support communication and swallowing outcomes through thoughtful assessment, goal settings and evidence-based intervention.
- Work across diverse environments including home, school, workplace and community settings.
- Develop your clinical interests and begin exploring areas of specialisation (e.g. AAC, early language social communication, dysphagia) with guidance and support.
- Engage in professional development and actively participate in Superyou's clinical community of practice.
What we're looking for
Essentials
- 1-4 years post-registration experience with demonstrated depth in SP practice
- SPA registration as a Speech Pathologist
- Ability to work autonomously
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- WA driver's licence (or willing to obtain)
Desirable
- Experience working in NDIS-funded services
- Additional qualifications or specialisations (Dysphagia and mealtimes, AAC, social communication skills etc.)
- Interest in leadership, clinical governance or service development
- Experience in hybrid/telehealth service delivery
