join our team as a PBS Practitioner, with opportunities available for both

Everyone is welcome to apply!
What is PBS?
Positive Behaviour Support (PBS) is a comprehensive
person-centred approach that focuses on understanding a person’s needs, their
environment, and the factors that influence their overall quality of life of
concern when they do not have the words, skills, or tools to express what they
need or what is happening for them.
Our PBS Practitioners work with people with disability, and
the important people around them, using a person-centred approach grounded in
evidence-based practice. They aim to understand why behaviours of concern may
occur, teach skills that enhance a person’s quality of life, and support people
to participate more fully in their relationships, school, work, leisure
activities, and community.
