Provide financial insights, analysis and advice to support informed decision making and sustainable growth.

Nesti is a dynamic not for profit housing provider providing Community Housing, Specialist Disability Accommodation (SDA), Repairs and Maintenance and Real Estate. We’re dedicated to collaborating with individuals seeking housing, their support networks, investors, developers, government and the broader sector to deliver high quality property, tenancy and asset management services. We’re about delivering safe and secure housing for all, bringing opportunity home.

The Role

We are currently seeking a trusted strategic and operational Finance Business Partner to deliver high-quality financial insight, analysis, planning, and advice that supports informed decision-making, sustainable service delivery, and organisational growth.

Working closely with Nesti leadership and maintaining a strong working relationship with the PeopleKind Group finance team, the role acts as a key link between finance and operations. It supports effective financial stewardship, strengthens accountability and enables leaders to understand the financial implications of operational and strategic decisions.

The role combines core management accounting responsibilities with business partnering, financial modelling, budgeting, forecasting, contract and tender support, and performance analysis. It translates complex financial information into practical insights and recommendations that improve decision-making, manage risk and identify opportunities across Nesti’s services and programs.

About You

Nesti is at an important stage of growth and development, with significant foundational work underway to strengthen, streamline and embed effective systems, processes and ways of working. This role will suit someone who is energised by complexity, enjoys improving business processes, and can work collaboratively to identify and resolve issues in a practical, solutions-focused way. It is an opportunity to make a meaningful contribution by helping to build stronger financial and operational foundations that support Nesti’s ongoing impact and future growth.

From a technical perspective, you will bring a CPA or CA qualification, together with strong experience in management accounting, financial planning and analysis, budgeting, forecasting and business partnering. You will be confident working with complex financial information, developing meaningful reports and models, and providing clear advice that supports operational leaders to understand performance, manage risk and make well-informed decisions.

Why Nesti?

At Nesti, we believe housing is a fundamental human right, not a privilege reserved for the lucky few. This is the founding idea behind Nesti. A simple yet powerful belief that we’ve worked towards.  We’ve countless stories to share of housing opportunities that have opened doors to a life of purpose, connection and potential.

In addition to undertaking a role with purpose, you will:

  • Join a close-knit, collaborative team in a convenient Victoria Park location, where your contribution is valued.
  • Make the most of generous not-for-profit salary packaging benefits of up to $18,550 per annum, helping to reduce your taxable income.
  • Enjoy added value from your time off with annual leave loading.
  • Benefit from flexible working arrangements that support balance and wellbeing.
  • Access Nesti Realty Rewards, including reduced rates when selling or renting your home, or referring others.
  • Be part of the broader PeopleKind Group, opening opportunities for professional learning, development and future career pathways.

Please submit your CV and a short cover letter outlining your interest and what you’ll bring to the role.
