Superyou Therapy is a WA-based, NDIS and privately funded
allied health provider that’s reimagining how therapy is delivered. We

Based
in Bassendean the Scheduler is responsible for managing clinician
calendars and therapy resources supporting service innovation projects as
required and ensuring clients are booked promptly, calendars remain accurate
and scheduling issues are resolved without delay through clear and accurate
communication, consistent follow-through and strong attention to detail and
time management. The role is a 6-month contract with the potential to extend.

Your Role
- Manage
and maintain clinician calendars and therapy resources to support
efficient serve delivery.
- Communicate
with clients, families, allied health professionals and external
stakeholders to schedule services and confirm appointment details.
- Schedule
client appointments within the designated region/allocation and meet
agreed time frames.
- Resolve
scheduling conflicts and changes promptly to minimise disruption to
clients and clinicians.
- Work
independently and coordinate closely with the wider team to keep
operations on track.
- Use
scheduling systems confidently and keep records accurate and current.
Attention to detail and time management are mandatory.
- Prioritise
competing requests, manage deadlines and stay accurate in a fast paced
environment.
What You Need
- Australian
Drivers Licence and reliable vehicle.
- NDIS
Worker Screening Check, or willingness to obtain it.
About you
- Must
have high attention to detail and time management.
- Strong
organisational skills and the ability to prioritise tasks on the go.
- Solutions
based thinking and the ability to problem solve quickly and effectively.
- NDIS
knowledge preferred, not essential.
- Previous
experience as a Scheduler, Operations or logistics coordinator is highly
regarded.
- A
current Australian Driver’s Licence and a reliable vehicle.
- A
NDIS Worker Screening Check (or you must obtain one prior to commencing).
This role will suit someone who is proactive,
organised, enjoys challenges and is able to work in a fast-paced environment.
Please note: this role focuses on client appointment scheduling (not staff
rostering).
