Experienced Physiotherapist to join the Nulsen Therapy team. Excellent pay, vehicle allowance, tax benefits, and professional development support.

Physiotherapist – Nulsen Therapy – 12 month contract – Parttime 0.4FTE.

Reporting to the Clinical Lead Physiotherapist, some of your duties include:

  • Supporting participants to develop and achieve their physiotherapy related goals within their NDIS plans
  • Planning, implementing, and evaluating individual and group programmes, including hydrotherapy and land-based exercise programmes 
  • Manual Handling assessments and training
  • Recommending and application of appropriate assistive technology
  • Working collaboratively with a team of therapists to support people with disabilities from late teenage through to adulthood

What you’ll need:

  • Tertiary qualifications in Physiotherapy.
  • 2 years clinical experience as a Physiotherapist.
  • Registration with the relevant Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency
  • A focus on exceeding, not just achieving, client goals
  • A commitment to delivering person-centred, high-quality services
  • An ability to develop positive relationships through empathy and effective communication, including with people from all backgrounds
  • An ongoing desire to improve and achieve professional growth 
  • A creative and inquisitive mind, with a willingness to try new things

You will also need the following compliances:

  • Australian Drivers Licence and reliable vehicle.
  • NDIS Worker Screening Clearance 
  • NDIS Orientation Module Certificate 
  • First Aid

What is desirable:

  • Some experience working with adults with disabilities within the context of the NDIS.

  • A salary range of $90784 to $119429 (depending on experience) + super and salary packaging of up to $18,550, pro-rata.
